Capt. Storm was baptized in Baffin Bay. He has been fishing and navigating Baffin for over 20 years. He has developed a passion for chasing trophy trout and claims to have waded every inch of our shoreline. 

Leah is originally from West Texas but has called Riviera home for the past 12 years. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a passion for taking care of guests. She is the assistant manager and can help you with just about anything you may need during your stay. 

Chef TJ (El Cocinero) serves as our executive chef, bringing three decades of culinary expertise to the table. He excels in a variety of cuisines, infused with a distinctive South Texas twist. His background spans from upscale dining experiences to rustic campfire meals. 

Capt. Justin is our outstanding fly fishing guide. He will put you on fish while polling you around in his bohemian skiff. He spends the winter season working out on the King Ranch. 

Capt. Connor was born and raised on Baffin Bay, along with his brother Hubba. He has spent the last 14 years running guided fishing charters here locally and in Port Mansfield, TX. He is a 5th generation fishing captain.

Capt. Hubba is another local guide and knows Baffin like the back of his hand. He has over 12 years experience captaining a fishing boat. He is also a 5th generation fishing captain. 

Scarlett just graduated from Kaufer Early College High School as a certified paraprofessional. She starts Texas A&M University-Kingsville this year and will be pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. With 4 years of experience in the food service industry, including roles in hosting, serving, and catering, she is ready to assist you with any needs or requests you may have.
